My family has lived here since 1979. My husband, Ken Pedersen, and I own K&C Homes, LLC which opened in July 2002. I am a co-owner along with my daughter Laura Teague of Forever Flowers & Gifts which opened in Oct 2005. I’m proud to live in this community as it reminds me of my hometown.

Enjoys getting involved in the community and is or has been involved with The Salvation Army of Gilchrist County, Tri-County Resources, Partnership for Strong Families, Trenton Quarterback Club, and Education Foundation of Gilchrist County. Previously served 7 years on the Gilchrist County Chamber as President, Secretary, Treasurer, and past president. Married for 37 years to Jim with 2 grown sons Michael and Ryan.
Natasha Allen- Treasurer
A compassionate, though zealous advocate, Natasha Munkittrick Allen opened her practice in Fanning Springs in 2016. She opened her Citrus County office in 2019. Her office is located in Lecanto.
Since opening her practice, has successfully handled many different types of cases. Her passion is in Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate. Both offices focuses on just these types of clients and client issues.

Natasha offers Medicaid planning, including legal spend-down advice and other essential tools to assist with eligibility. She can also file the Medicaid application on you or your loved one’s behalf.

Natasha is enthusiastically involved in her community. She is a current and founding board member of BACK Fighting Cancer, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization that assists families in Levy, Gilchrist and Dixie Counties who have a child fighting cancer. She is an active member of the Suwannee Valley Rotary Club. She served as President of the Board of Directors for the Greater Chiefland Area Chamber of Commerce in 2020 and 2021 and is still an active member. She also serves on the board of the Gilchrist Education Foundation and the Board of the Gilchrist County Chamber of Commerce.

Allyson Weiland - Board Member
Allyson Weiland is a third generation horsewoman, with a strong love for nature as a daughter and granddaughter of horse trainers, nurserymen, crop farmers, dairy farmers, and angus farmers. She is a passionate advocate for preservation of local history as well as that of the agricultural and equestrian community’s, in the state of Florida. Allyson and her husband Nick Weiland, both lifelong Floridians, moved to Gilchrist County in early 2023. Together they relocated her husband’s business Biscayne Boatworx LLC (est. 2018). They opened its new location on East Wade Street in Trenton. They currently operate the business in Trenton and reside in Bell, which means they truly get to experience and love all of Gilchrist County. Allyson, a marketing professional, assists her husband with the book keeping for his business, while also running her own company, Weiland Marketing & Media.

Weiland Marketing & Media was born out of a need for professional marketing that understood blue collar ways of life and businesses. Allyson currently markets everything from marine industry businesses, to wildlife control, and even PRCA sanctioned rodeos. With over a decade of digital marketing experience, Allyson is grateful to be able to help small businesses and nonprofits step into the digital age of advertising.
Aside from marketing, Allyson has also made her name in the professional photography world as a nationally published photographer in 15+ issues of Horse Illustrated Magazine and Young Rider Magazine from 2020 to present day.
Allyson believes that supporting small businesses, as well as preservation of our local communities and agriculture, is the most important thing we can dedicate ourselves to. Without our protection, these ways of life are at risk of being lost as they have been in so many other communities.
In her spare time you can find her riding her horse, showing her horse in ranch competitions, and spending time with family.
Kate Douberly - Board Member
Kate is a small business owner in Gilchrist and surrounding counties. She owns a western inspired boutique, has a mobile notary service, is involved in her family farm, as well as coordinating local events in our community.
